Brad Wilson Talent Wedding Festival Contest - Terms & Conditions
By submitting your entry to the Brad Wilson Talent (BWT) "Free Show Drawing" contest, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility and Entry
1.1. The contest is open to individuals planning a wedding within the dates of 11/1/2025 and 10/31/2026.
1.2. The winner will be selected via a drawing from all valid entries received by the deadline of 10/14/2025.
2. Consideration and Obligations for the Performance Prize
2.1. Performance Fee: The prize consists of a single live performance element of The Substitute at the winner's wedding, provided at a fee of $0.00 USD. This fee waiver is provided in exchange for the considerations detailed in sections 2.2 and 2.3 below.
2.2. Client Obligations (Video Rights): The client (the wedding couple) agrees to provide BWT with a copy of the professional video footage (or raw video files) of the Performance as captured by the client’s hired videographer. BWT is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use this video footage, or excerpts thereof, for promotional and marketing purposes across all media platforms.
2.3. Client Obligations (Logistics): The client is required to provide, at their own expense: a. A dedicated green room/private changing area for the performer(s). b. The professional sound system as specified in the contract (including, but not limited to, speakers, mixing board, and cabling) necessary for the Performance, provided by the client's DJ or other vendor. BWT will coordinate technical requirements with the client's vendors.
3. Official Booking and Contract
3.1. Contract Requirement: Winning the drawing grants the client the opportunity to book the Performance. The booking is not official until a formal contract detailing the Performance date, time, venue, technical riders, and all obligations mentioned herein is mutually signed by both the client and BWT.
3.2. Cancellation: BWT reserves the right to cancel the prize if the client is unable or unwilling to meet the obligations specified in section 2.3 or sign the official booking contract.
4. Email Marketing Consent
4.1. By submitting this entry form, you are opting in to receive occasional email communications from Brad Wilson Talent (BWT). These emails will include marketing information, news, updates on performances, and special offers related to wedding and event entertainment.
4.2. You may withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from these communications at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link located at the bottom of any email received.
